Connovate Philippines Inc. (CPI) strengthened its partnership with Damosa Land Inc. (DLI) by signing another Supply Agreement for 30 units of Acacia Model on March 28, 2022, in Davao City. Ms. Emma M. Imperial, CPI President, and Mr. Ricardo F. Lagdameo, DLI President, and their respective executives and officers graced the ceremonial event.
The recent Supply Agreement confirms that DLI will still use the high-performance concrete panels of Connovate for their Acacia model at Ameria Subdivision in Panabo City, Davao del Norte.
The partnership started in May 2019 when DLI availed the fast and sustainable building technology of Connovate for their growing projects in Davao. CPI initially supplied and installed wall panels for DLI’s Magnolia model. The positive output on the developer, sales networks, and homebuyers encouraged DLI to use Connovate’s resilient and eco-friendly technology further.
The high-performance concrete of CPI’s Imperial Composite Panels (ICP) presents numerous advantages to the Acacia model, such as growth prevention of disease-causing molds due to its low permeability walls and high resiliency to fire, earthquakes, and typhoons. The good insulating properties of the ICP walls also offer a cooler temperature.
The Acacia model of DLI is the largest two-story single home in Ameria Subdivision. It has a spacious floor area of 232 sq.m. The elegant design and functional layout coupled with Connovate’s resilient and sustainable qualities will give Acacia model a cutting-edge advantage perfect for the discerning preferences of intelligent homebuyers.
